Tip of the Week

Homemade Revitalizing Foot Soak
In a bucket or container that your feet will fit into,
Mix in the following with hottest water you can comfortably stand;
1 cup Baking Soda
1 cup Regular Salt ( I know it sounds crazy)
1 cup Epsom Salts
Drops of Peppermint oil
Soak your feet for 30 minutes.
Be sure to step on towel as this mixture will pull out toxins from your skin. After you soak scrub your feet in your bathtub. This soak will leave your feet and ankles feeling tingling and refreshed.
